THIS GUY WAS NUTS! We were in the crowd getting ready for the man to burn when we saw this guy with a giant hat and an EL-wire animated bat flapping on his chest, when all of a sudden he signals the people around him to back away and he flipped the switch in his hand and BOOM, a 10 to 15 foot tall flame came shooting out of his hat and he ran around in circles chasing people around.
